How do I place an order?
- Add items to your Shopping Cart by clikcing eh BUY button. You can remove items easily if you change your mind by simply clicking the x button.
- Click the CHECKOUT button on the Shopping Cart page.
- Fill in your billing address. (This should be the same as your credit card billing address)
- Choose a shipping method.
- Click the button for whether you want to Ship to Same Address or Ship to Different Address.
- If shipping to a different address, enter the address. Then click the Submit Shipping Information button.
- Enter your Credit Card information.
- Click the CONTINUE button.
- You will then arrive at a confirmation page. Your order confirmation and order number will be also emailed to you.
- Important : Please be sure to enter your correct email address. If you mis-type your email address we will not be able to send you your order confirmation message or your order shipment confirmation.
Only credit cards can be taken online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. The order and payment information you provide will be sent electronically and securely. Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 days. You will receive an email within 60 minutes confirming your order. When emailing us about your order, please place your order number in the subject heading so we may expedite your request.

Do you have a catalog? We do not have a printed catalog since all our items are on our website. However, we email regular updates and new product notices. Please join our email list to be notified when the next catalog is issued by Clicking Here.

How will I get confirmation that my order shipped? An itemized order confirmation is automatically emailed to you. You will receive a second email when the order ships showing total amount charged. The second email will be updated to show the exact quantities being sent and total cost. This email will also include a tracking number (if available).
Please Note: It is very important that you enter your correct email address when you place your order. If you mis-type your email address, we will not be able to send you your order confirmation, tracking number and order shipment confirmation.

How long does it take for an order to ship and what will the shipping charges be? We charge $7.99 Flat Rate on all continental US orders using standard ground service. Standard ground takes about 5-8 business days for West Coast, 3-5 business days for Midwest and 1-4 days for East Coast deliveries. Shipments to International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for the $7.99 Flat Rate shipping. What are my shipping options? Currently, we offer standard ground shipping using UPS Ground and U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. We charge $7.99 FLAT RATE on all continental US orders and use standard ground service. Shipments to International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses do not qualify for the $7.99 Flat Rate shipping. These orders are priced case by case; we will email final shipping costs for you approval PROIR to shipping your order.
Please be advised that we use USPS Priority Mail for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses.
APO & FPO addresses: Unfortunately, USPS Priority Mail orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses cannot be tracked. Royal Yarns can not be responsible for United States Postal Service shipments. We recommend that you contact us prior to placing your order if you are uncertain which shipping method to choose. Our representatives will be happy to assist you with this issue. Your order will not be trackable or insurable. Royal Yarns will not accept any responsibility for lost APO, FPO shipments. APO customers are 100% responsible for delivery of the products once they have shipped from our facility.

Do you ship internationally?
We welcome all international orders. International shipping is $15.00 flat using USPS International Airmail. Unusually large orders may incur high shipping cost. In this case, we will contact you for approval prior to shipping your order.

How do I know if my items are available? The Product Page shows the exact quantity available. The Product Page appears after pressing the "Add to Cart" button. If an item is marked Out of Stock, we will special order, no minimum or deposit required. Depending upon the item ordered, it could take up to 30 days for us to recieve and ship to you. However, most items take 1 or 2 weeks.

Is my credit card information secure? Yes, we encrypt all information sent via the Internet, so that data arrives privately and securely at its destination. Royal Yarns makes every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.

When is my credit card charged? When you submit your order, your credit card will "authorized" for the amount of the purchase. At this point, you credit card HAS NOT been charged. Once your order is shipped, we will "finalize" the order and your card will be charged. DEBIT CARDs are charged upon placing an order. We recommend using credit cards since it prevents charging your account until the order is confirmed and shipped by us.

What is your Return Policy? If any of the items from your order are missing or damaged when your package arrives, please contact a customer service representative for assistance within 2 business days of delivery by sending an email containing your name, order number and a description of the problem to service@royalyarns.com. We will issue you a return authorization number that should be placed on the box.
If you have been shipped an incorrect item, please email service@royalyarns.com with the order number and a brief description of the mis-shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale, Discounted or Discontined items are not returnable.
If for any reason you do not want to keep an item you have purchased, you may return any unused, unopened, undamaged item within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund of the item’s purchase price. Please be advised that items must be repacked in the original box used to ship it to you. Please contact us by email at service@royalyarns.comfor your Return Authorization Number (within 15 days of purchase). Items to be returned must be authorized first. Once the number has been issued, please print it on the outside of the box.
NOTE: We cannot accept returns without the Return Authorization Number.
Please Note the Following:
- Royal Yarns is not responsible for any return that is lost or damaged during shipment back to our warehouse. For customer security, please only ship returns via carriers with tracking services or by insured federal mail.
- Credit will not be issued for any item received broken, damaged, opened, visibly used, or 15 days after the order was placed.
- Original and return shipping charges will not be credited.
- Items cannot be returned for an exchange of any other item. Items can be returned for credit only. (See return instructions above)
- For questions regarding the processing status of returned orders, contact the returns department at service@royalyarns.comPlease remember that, depending on the return shipping method, it may take up to three weeks for your order to be delivered.

How long does my refund take? Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting your credit card. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your return. It may take up to two credit card statements for your credit to appear.

Our Guarantee: Complete satisfaction is not only a guarantee, its our policy! If you do not feel that your purchase has lived up to your expectations, you have 15 days from the time of receipt to return it. We will gladly refund the purchase price or replace the item.
